Returns
We want you to be
fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from ryanbrownstyle.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that
you have purchased online, you may return the item within 14 days for a
full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or
other charges.
Products may be returned within 14 days of
receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and
in its original condition. Each
package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). An email has to be sent to customerservice@ryanbrownstyle.com with the letters RMA and the order number in the subject line. After
the request has been submitted and the RMA has been assigned, please write the number clearly on the outside of the package. All packages received by ryanbrownstyle.com without a Return Authorization Number will not be
accepted.
Credit
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned
product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a
result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Return Instructions
Please follow these steps to process a return transaction:
- Submit for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Submit an email to customerservice@ryanbrownstyle.com with the letters RMA and your order number in the subject line. You may also contact a customer service representative at 323.962.2600, ext. 155 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Once a RMA has been given, clearly write this number on the outside of the package.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Insure package for proper protection.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return. Please mail all returns to Ryan Brown Style:
